Our Logo
The logo design draws inspiration from the historical Persian Mehestan assembly, symbolizing unity, democracy, and wisdom in Persian culture. Here’s a breakdown of the elements and symbolism:
1. Columns or Arches:
These design elements, often associated with Persian architecture, symbolize strength, stability, and endurance. In the context of Mehestan, these features represent the enduring legacy of governance and collective decision-making.
2. Green and Red Colors:
Green symbolizes growth, renewal, and hope, often representing new beginnings and the potential for positive change.
Red stands for passion, sacrifice, and the drive for freedom and justice. In Persian culture, red often embodies the strength of spirit and the fight for rights.
3. Geometric or Central Symbol:
The flame-like or geometric pattern represents knowledge, enlightenment, and the transformative power of assembly, where diverse ideas converge. The assembly as a symbol of democracy is deeply rooted in the traditions of ancient Persia, where dialogue and wisdom were valued.
4. Circular Frame:
The encircling design conveys unity and inclusivity, highlighting that the organization seeks to bring people together in democratic participation and shared goals, reminiscent of the Mehestan’s role in collective governance.
The overall choice of elements was made to reflect both a respect for Persian heritage and the ideals of democracy, using clean lines and modern design principles to create a logo that feels both historical and contemporary.
